weight loss I have lost weight since last posting... i am working on getting some pictures. My collar bones and stomach are a lot smaller. My legs are too, but i would like to lose a lot more below my waist.
will post soon with pictures. I heard that it is impossible to target weight loss to one area? is this true. I feel like my upper body is like disapearing, and my lower body just stays the same.

i have had alot of exams this week and havent slept much (like 4 hours) in the last three days. i know i go all day at school without eating, and it think because i am going to sleep the rest of the day i may be able to go all day without eating. depends on how long i sleep.... if i do wake up starving.. i MAY allow myself some tuna... or carrots. that is it! wish me luck |

not even hungry!!!
today has been good no breakfast lunch: a few baby carrots (30) a small side of green beans (20) 6 thin slices of lean ham (45) 95! i plan to just have some tuna with dinner (60) so if things go to plan i will be very pleased. yayay hw-146 lw-119 cw- 128 gw1-118 gw2-108 20 pounds 20 pounds 20 pounds of FAT need to go away! |

im making new friends, which is good. my "old" friends like drama and change to much for guys. boo that shit. fuck you im moving on to bigger and better things. when i come back to school next semester hotter than you, you will cry. people will realize you are a fake lying flake. muahaha you cant fool them forever, someday you will realize the problem is/was/will always be YOU. lata gatas!

so i have been eating less, and wroking out like everyday! cw: 132 .... lost a little. should have lost more. should have eaten less. should have ran longer. inspiration? hints? help? i really want this  but i need to be 110 atleast before i will wear anything like this. should probably be less? eh... |

FOOD: Coke (bad!) - 240 cal small salad(tuna, lettuce, light italian) - 130 cal Spring Roll - 150 cal (?) small slice salami - 90 cal
EXERCISE: tredmill - 210 cal + crunches and some weight machines
